Praise the Lord! How good it is to sing praises to our God! How delightful and how right! Psalm 147:1
Yesterday, God spoke to us about praising Him. Today, He shows us again that we are to praise in all circumstances. This speaks to me especially because I have a sad tendency to praise God on Sunday morning, and then be grouchy with Him the rest of the week - always asking for something, but never giving Glory to Him. My quiet time this morning showed me that even if we're in having a run-of-the-mill, mundane kind of day, we should praise God! It is what we'll be doing eternally in Heaven, so shouldn't we get some good practice in beforehand? What can you praise God for this morning?
