Guess I'll Give It A Shot

I've had a few 'casual' blogs - by that I mean that I have one where I solemnly swore to update my mother (who lives out of state) with the daily goings-on of my house and kids; and one where I was posting my favorite recipes.  Well, two years after starting my first blog, I realized I only had about 12 posts, and the recipes were coming along great, but somewhere along the way I lost my focus.  I enjoy telling stories about all the hilarious happenings in my house, sharing the recipes that I have found, tried, and (most importantly) my family loved.  This is my first attempt at a public blog where all of the things that I enjoy can be combined.  I hope that it's as helpful and interesting to others as it is to me and my family.
